NH 66 is the highway that connects the Western Coast – Mumbai, Goa, Mangalore and Kochi. Inspired from these distinctive destinations, a delectable western coastal menu has been created, bringing in the best of the signature dishes to the table from each of these cities.
For those who love interplay of taste and relish the traditional authentic coastal food, there are some celebrated dishes from these regions including Nandu Puttu (Crab), Kozhi Seeragam (Country chicken), Thalassery Fish Curry, Malabar Biryani, Banana Dosa, Bombay Duck Fry, Sukat Masala Prawn Gassi with Neer Dosa, Prawn Balchao, Xacuti, Chorizo Pao, Ghee Roast Pomfret Kalwan and many more. Guests can relish the blend of flavours in delightful coastal dishes that are mouth melting and perfectly cooked and paired with traditional drinks such as Kokum Sharbat and Sol Kadi.
