Level 2 – Radisson Blu, Paschim Vihar

Situated on the bustling thoroughfare of West Delhi is Radisson Blu which is perfect jumping spot for travelers and West Delhi people. On a perfect weekend we with some friends decided to try food of Level – 2 of this hotel. This restaurant serves elevated 5 course Indian food by cooking with better ingredients and making most of their own sauces and dips. The kitchen was helmed by Chef Jamaal Husain for non veg food and Chef Ranvir for vegetarian food.

The veg and non veg à la carte menu is very indulgent, adventurous and sophisticated but also gutsy, comforting and playful. It offers such a unique taste that surprises and excites even the most experienced of palates. There are few must try dishes like Sunehri Machli and Gilori Paneer. For the main course Murgh Firdosh Nisha Curry and Paneer Angara Methi Curry. Not only they named royal, the taste was also exquisite.

On the visit we tried a Rajasthani savory Kanji Vada which was very mouth watering and inviting. For the drink we tried Jamun Tini which was a Gin based drink and was very innovative and refreshing and a must try here. We also tried Jaljeera here which was again very refreshing.

For the snacks we had Hussaini Murgh, Sunehri Machli, Gilori Paneer and Veg Sizzler. Everything was very appetizing and flavorful. Each item was special in its own and worth a visit. For Main Course we had Dum ke Kofte, Murgh Nisha Curry and Paneer Angara Methi Curry. All the food was a delicious mix for the senses: tantalizing aromas, vibrant colors, and of course those spicy, sweet, tangy flavors. Loved everything about it.

For the dessert we had Kesar Pista Chenna Payas which was a treat for my sweet tooth and I repeated the same satiate my craving for sweets. Loved the mango chunks in it.

Overall the experience was very different and equisite and is a must try restaurant here.
