Delhi Multicuisin NightLife Pizzas

Foresta Bistro & Cafe, Saket

Today we thought of covering Saket Area . Saket is also one of the best areas in Delhi were you can find some really nice ambiance cafes. While hovering there, we went to – Foresta Bistro and cafe.
It’s a rooftop cafe with indoor as well as outdoor seating. Its menu has a variety of stuff to choose from. It’s just 5 minute walking distance from the Saket metro station.Well I must say the place is excellent in every aspect – from food to ambiance, to even photography specially for Instagramers. The place is hygienic. Food was served hot and fresh and their staff was very co-operative.
The food we ordered – Chicken Lollipop, Paneer Makhani pizza, Afghani Chicken , Spring roll(veg), Chilli chicken dry and an Alfredo white sauce pasta. First came pizza and to be honest it was really tasty and cheesy, the base was really soft and easy to chew.It was not spicy but tasted really good and was one of their main pizza menu . Chicken lollipop and Afghani chicken, that Afghani chicken will make you feel like one direct from the heaven. It was so JUICY and CREAMY. Was moderately spiced up. Chicken lollipop was nice and crispy and was served with veggies dipped and pour in the same marinated sauce of the lollipop. I was pity amazed by the flavors of the chicken. Paneer tikka was also good. With baked veggies giving nice and fresh flavours to paneer tikka. Pastas are also their hotshots. The alfredo pasta ,topped with oregano were so creamy and sizzling hot and tasted really good.It was served with 2 toasted garlic bread pieces. For beverages we went with a virgin mojito pitcher which is their speciality – foresta special. It is a great place to visit with friends and family.
