Delhi Multicuisin North Indian Food

Chow Chacha, Punjabi Bagh

No food outlet on Club Road of Punjabi Bagh enjoys more commanding location then Chow Chacha. Perhaps the first shop on left while entering the road is this one. Journeying down on this road we found this outlet where you will literary find the finger licking food and you will have to tounge – bath your fingers to dislodge the awesomeness from your fingers. As we all know Delhi’s sprawling food scene runs a gamut of regional styles and specialities having fantastic flavours, this outlet boasts a selection of Indian all-stars from grills, tandoors and curries to vibrant street food.

Their menu offers rich, well-executed, belt-loosening plates that will leave you feeling wholly satisfied and wanting to do eat all over again. Their large array of menu consists of more then 100 dishes and almost all made to perfection. Be it North Indian, Chinese, Thai or any Sea food, they have it all. Standout dishes include Murg Gilafi Seekh and Tandoori Mushrooms.
Out of their large menu we tried following:

  • Honey Chilli Chicken
We loved everything about this dish including the vibrant presentation. As soon as we starting tasting this first we had a taste if Honey later chilli, we loved this mixing in our mouth and the crunchiness of chicken too.Chow Chacha, Delhi Food Bloggers
  • Tandoori Mushroom
Again presented with lots of greens I think this dish is a must try here. Awesomely grilled mushrooms were heavenly specially when you complement it with capsicum, onion and mint sauce.

All Punjabi’s favorite is Dal Makhani and Butter Chicken . Dal Makhani is one of the most popular lentil dishes originated from the Punjab region of India and Pakistan and savoured almost by everyone. Cooked to perfection we loved this creamy, rich and flavorful Dal, a must try here.
Butter Chicken had aromatic golden chicken pieces in an incredible creamy curry which again was a treat to our taste. Pudina Lacha Parantha and Lacha Parantha were a great sides to these North Indian delicacies.
